My name is Michael Kacprzak. I have over a decade of experience in companies such as Babbel, Tidio, IBM, Tieto and  home.pl.   Since 2013  I have been running Switch2Agile - Agile Consultancy serving large international customers in telecom, insurance, logistics, hosting, banking & military sector.  In 2015 I co-founded a startup and created a leading SaaS solution (TiqDiet) and marketplace (Dietetyk.pl) for dietitians, nutritionists and personal trainers. I am an experienced international speaker at project management conferences / universities and trainer in the subject of agile software / product development and scaling agile.  I am also a certified SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) with over 1000 successfully certified training attendees worldwide (Europe / Asia).
